These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Chicken Masterclass developed by VMNS Techno Labs ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Chicken Masterclass mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment and in accordance with these Terms.
The App is a free utility cookbook and learning experience. The "Egg Wheel" and "Crack & Combine" mechanics are recipe-discovery utilities only. There is no real money, no payouts, no purchases, and no wagering of any kind anywhere in the App. Any depiction of "rewards," "rare" items, or "spins" refers solely to in-app cosmetic recipe discovery.

The recipes and techniques in the App are provided for personal, educational, and entertainment purposes only. You are responsible for following standard food-safety practices in your kitchen, including handling raw eggs appropriately. Cooking and serving food involves risk; you assume all such risk. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction, illness, or injury arising from preparing or consuming any recipe.
The App allows you to attach personal notes and photos to recipes. This content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You retain all rights to the content you create. You are solely responsible for that content and for backing it up; we are not responsible for any loss of locally stored data.
The App, including its illustrations, recipe text, name, logo, and visual design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App's content without our prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what limited identifier and device information we and our service providers collect, and how it is used.
We may release updates to the App that fix bugs, add features, or change existing ones. We may also discontinue the App or any feature within it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App or any associated online services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHICKEN MASTERCLASS DEVELOPED BY VMNS TECHNO LABS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
The App may make use of third-party services for analytics, attribution, and notification delivery. Their practices are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any feature at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
